It is with great pleasure that I am here to join you along your journey of discovering the many possibilities of living your most desirable life. I firmly believe through listening, empathy, and compassion I can provide a safe space to allow for healing, trust, and growth. I approach each client’s unique personality and concerns with an underpinning of Client Centered Therapy as well as an eclectic orientation implementing a variety of techniques such as Family Systems
Theory, CBT, DBT, Adlerian, Existential, Motivational Interviewing, and Creative Arts Therapy. By fostering the client-clinician relationship, building upon the client’s strengths, and finding the key to each unique individual an increase in self-compassion and healing can happen. I enjoy working with all ages of clients from individuals, to couples, and to families. I have experience working with a wide variety of client concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Phobias, OCD, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Loss and Grief, and Addictions.
I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, my Bachelor of Science in Music from Colorado University, and my Master in Music from Georgia State University. I was born in Greece and lived in Colorado, Georgia, and North Carolina. In my free time I enjoy the arts, walking, hiking, camping, traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with my beloved family.
In the spirit and with the integrity of the words from the great Alfred Adler, “seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another,” let’s begin your venture together.
