Hi there—I’m Bri, and I’m so glad you’ve come to start your journey towards feeling happy and whole. Reaching out for support takes courage, and whether this is your first time exploring therapy
or you’ve had other experiences before, you deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported.
I work with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating everything from anxiety and depression to life transitions, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm,
down-to-earth, and holistic—I believe true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit working all together. I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs using tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy
(CBT), person-centered work, trauma-informed care, family systems and attachment theory, as well as solution-focused techniques. Sometimes we might laugh, sometimes we might cry, but we’ll always
keep it real.
I hold Master’s degrees in both Mental Health Counseling and Divinity from Gardner-Webb University, which gives me the ability (when it’s helpful to you) to bring a spiritual lens into our work—
but there’s no pressure to do so, just the possibility.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. It is your space, your journey, and you have a lot more control over what it looks like than you think. I see clients both in-person in
Winston-Salem and virtually for folks across North Carolina. I’m just here to help support!
