Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Grief/Loss, Women's, Aging, and Family Therapist
We all have times when we struggle with feelings of being sad, anxious or depressed, grieve over the loss of a loved one, go through a transition in life, have low self-esteem, experience relationship problems, or just feel low or “off.” These and other forms of inner conflict can be overwhelming and can cause physical pain as well as fatigue, sleeplessness, anger, issues with eating and a host of other symptoms and behaviors.
I firmly believe that every person possesses the internal resources to learn from and overcome whatever confusion, complications, and obstacles life can present. I work with clients in an unbiased, non-judgmental environment on a variety of life’s struggles and assist with exploring ways to have a more peaceful and fulfilling life. I invite you to consider contacting me to set up a consultation. This is the first step in a collaborative process designed to help sort, heal, make new choices, and create the life you envision.
