For clients with out-of-network insurance, including Medicare, regardless of whether a secondary policy exists. You will have to pay for your sessions up front, to help with receiving reimbursement, we will provide a Superbill (the form used to self-submit insurance claims) to self-submit.
If you have a primary in-network policy that we accept, and a secondary in-network policy that we also accept, we need both policies listing on the insurance form and a coordination of benefits form (COB) on file with your insurance carriers to ensure proper claim processing.
