Welcome! Finding the right therapist is a significant step, and I am here to offer you a caring and collaborative space for healing, empowerment and growth. As both a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist, my approach is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, integrating traditional psychotherapy with the rich, experiential language of art and creativity.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and I draw from a variety of therapeutic models, including Trauma-Informed Care for safety and honoring your pace, Attachment Theory to explore relational patterns, Family Systems Theory for holistic change, Somatic therapy to support the mind/body connection and Jungian Psychology and Symbolism for deep insight and integration. My style is warm, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, authentic relationships. I honor each individual’s unique story with nonjudgement, curiosity and compassion.
Art Therapy is a distinct element of my practice. The creative process is inherently therapeutic, strengthening intuition, supporting nervous system regulation, deepening self knowledge and self-compassion. It is not about art skill, but about giving “voice” and form to emotions, thoughts and experiences. A practice that honors both words and taps into what exists beyond them.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I work with clients of all ages and identities with a special focus on children, families, and the profound transformation of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I also support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, early attachment experiences, life transitions, substance abuse, grief, trauma and the emotionally complex terrain of parenting and identity. Additionally, I have worked within the public school system as both a therapist and school counselor.
I recognize the courage it takes to seek support and look forward to connecting with you on your journey toward a life that feels more meaningful, aligned, and fully alive.
