I view counseling as a place where you can be radically honest with whatever feelings, struggles, and questions you find yourself wrestling with, no matter how big or small they may seem. This process takes real courage, so I strive to make the counseling room a safe and inclusive place where you can be fully you without judgment.

We are all on a unique path, and many things shape our experience along the way: our past relationships and present circumstances; our individual perspective and our cultural context; our strengths and our shortcomings. In our pursuit of wholeness and fulfillment, we sometimes encounter obstacles along the way. Grounded in culturally informed and evidence-based methods, my approach to counseling uses depth-oriented exploration to gain insight on the root causes of whatever challenges you may be facing.

I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and change throughout their life, no matter where you came from or where you are now. Together, we can collaborate to uncover or rediscover the full range of resources you can draw on as you work toward your goals and embrace your authentic self.
