Hello I am so glad that you stopped by and took the time to read about me and explore the possibility of working together. Getting started is always the hardest part of any road to change. Deciding who you are going to trust with your information is also an important part of your new beginnings. I want to be supportive of your goals and work together in discovering how you can reach and surpass them.

My therapeutic framework comes from Existential theory which seeks to create meaning in life and answer “What is the point and what should I do with it?” I hope for most of our conversations to feel comfortable and open like friends talking while maintaining professional boundaries.

In my time away from being a therapist the most important thing to me is my family and spending as much of my time with them that I can. My wife and I have three young children and we are constantly learning more about each other as we watch our family grow and adapt to two working parents while most of our family lives out of state. I enjoy hiking, fishing, cooking and reading when I have the time.
