Hello and welcome…Perhaps you are feeling unsettled, anxious,
or alone. You might be struggling with relationship challenges or past trauma. Whatever has brought you to this place, therapy can be an excellent starting point for positive growth and a step
towards discovering the most authentic version of yourself. As your therapist, I will support your power to change, grow and step into your light so you can shine.In our sessions, I will
promote the transformation of unwanted patterns, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will also pay close attention to your unique life story, as well as your current and future goals. I see you as
an individual and realize that treating mental health challenges is not a “one size fits all” situation. We can come up with an individualized plan by tapping into your existing strengths and also
using different treatments, such as CBT, exposure and response prevention therapy, somatic healing, attachment therapy and mindfulness. My goal is to provide a safe space and meet you with compassion
so the healing process can be less intimidating and more successful.I look forward to connecting, and together, we can discover new ways for you to live the life you want!
