I’m Bailey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for you to begin your healing journey. And that’s what therapy is; a journey! I have a passion for coming alongside you throughout the entire healing process. I believe that everyone has the strength within themselves to create meaningful connections and inner growth. I will celebrate you along the way and work with you on developing positive and sustainable change.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, college students, and families. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, self-worth, boundaries, communication issues, developmental disabilities, and neurodivergent populations. I practice from a systemic lens and incorporate solution-focused therapy, attachment theory, and narrative family therapy into my practice. Pulling from multiple different theories, I aim to collaborate with you and acknowledge every aspect of you that got you to where you are today.
I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. Before I received my Masters, I achieved a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia. And I know beginning therapy is overwhelming and vulnerable, but I encourage you to reach out to schedule an appointment and begin that first step towards building resilience, mental wellness, and hope! I provide in person and virtual appointments in the state of North Carolina.
