Every person has the capacity to grow, heal and change. And we all face difficulties in life, whether relationship issues, grief and loss, life transitions and stress, or depression and anxiety. Counseling is a powerful tool to help you experience the healing and growth you want in your life, especially when you’re facing a difficult season. You’re the expert on yourself, so through the context of our therapeutic relationship I will partner with you to help you work toward your own goals of healing and growth.
It is essential that you feel safe in counseling, so know that I invite you to show up exactly as you are and I will affirm and center all the unique aspects of your identity. I want you to feel accepted, valued and supported as we work together toward greater wellbeing in your life.
I am currently pursuing my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of William & Mary and am working at Forsyth Family Counseling as a student intern. Outside of counseling you can find me running, reading and exploring downtown Winston with friends.
