No matter where you are in your journey, counseling has the potential to help guide you towards your goals and gain a deeper understanding of what has brought you to where you are now.
My goal as your counselor is to make you feel comfortable, accepted, and valued. I aim to create a safe environment in which we will collaborate in working towards reaching your fullest potential. I place high value in developing a strong therapeutic relationship in which we will create and work actively towards your goals. During this process, I approach each client through a more individualized process, meaning that I will meet each client where they are at. You are the true expert on your own experiences and what has brought you to where you currently are. Your experiences are unique to you and I am here to help you process through and better understand what shapes your experiences.
I am currently working towards my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Campbell University and am so excited to be working with Forsyth Family Counseling as a student intern. Outside of attending Campbell and working as an intern, I love doing anything outdoors, exploring new coffee shops or restaurants, and most importantly playing with my sweet pup.
